He is a forensic and medical anthropologist whose major interest is in the human identification and anthropological relationship of infectious disease spread and control. He has over 7 years of experience in research and teaching anatomical sciences to medical and allied health science students. His versatility and interest in translational research stem from his days in the pharmaceutical sector where he worked as a medical representative for national and multinational pharma companies. This has availed him the opportunity of working closely with the people in the community who are usually the end users of most interventions. He strongly believe in multidisciplinary approach to medical research and he is presently in two collaborative projects with other colleagues from various discipline. Suleiman is currently a research fellow at Nigerian Institute of Medical Research (NIMR) Foundation.
