Grace Adebayo-Gege is an outstanding scholar, skilled educator, and competent researcher.  Her degrees are from prestigious universities: The University of Ilorin and Ibadan awarded her a BSC, MSC and PhD in Physiology.  As a senior Lecturer at Baze University, Grace’ s specialty is on inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, metabolic disorders. Her research explores the mechanism underlying GIT diseases (such as peptic ulcer,colitis, cancers), Metabolic disorder (such as diabetes) , explore  therapeutic management medicinal plants. Diseases of Interest includes diabetes mellitus, inflammatory bowel disease, peptic ulcers and colorectal cancers.

Grace is an active member of The Physiological Society London, Physiological Society Nigeria and society for Experimental biology (NISEB). She has attended several conferences. Grace is opened to partnerships on GIT, metabolic disorders and ethnomedicine, researches that fosters interdisciplinary exchange and advancing scientific knowledge.
