Dr Aniefiok Udoakang is a Population Geneticist with a focus on Breast cancer prevention, understanding the disease’s evolution, and improving treatment outcomes, particularly in women of African descent who are underrepresented in breast cancer studies. She is a Research Scientist and Faculty member at the University of Medical Sciences, Ondo State, Nigeria, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at the West African Centre for Cell Biology of Infectious Pathogens, University of Ghana, Legon, Accra, Ghana.
