Dr Sonnen Atinge holds an MBBS from the University of Maiduguri, an MPH and MSc in Epidemiology from the University of Lagos, and is a Fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria in Public Health and Community Medicine (FMCPH). A graduate of the NIH-funded D43 Emory-Nigeria Research Training Program (EN-RTP), his research focus is on reproductive health and infectious disease epidemiology.
