Dr Saheed Olatunbosun Akiode is a Senior Research Fellow at the Industrial Laboratory of the Biotechnology Advanced Research Centre, Sheda Science and Technology Complex, Abuja. Olatunbosun is passionate about drug development, production of nutraceuticals, and application of enzymes for health and nutritional benefits. His research interests lie in finding sustainable ways of improving the production of enzymes of medical importance and optimizing their activities. He is currently working on application of nutraceutical enzymes in management of cardiometabolic diseases.
